Ouch..
F rating from the BBB
Workmanship is poor. They do not pay attention to details. They also will not stand by their work. Kip the owner is hotheaded and
unreasonable. He yelled during my complaint. Customer service poor. Quality of service is below and substandard to what industry standards expect. Corners and spills are not cleaned. Kip would not resolve the problem in spite of customers promise if it was unreasonable she would pay them. He stated the BBB and these types of forums have no impact on his business. I would not use his small business and I would call him and tell him you saw it here. 480-773-8227 is his business number

I do not recommend using this carpet cleaning business. I have many regrets that my husband and I chose to use them. They did not spend very much time cleaning the carpets and now after about a week after the cleaning, we are finding so many of the previous spots were never removed. After calling the company in hopes of getting the spots taken care of, the company only offered to charge us another $59 to come clean it again. I am very disappointed in Above and Beyond carpet cleaning.

Kip scheduled a cleaning for me on Tuesday but they were so late I had to schedule it for two days later. That day came and they called to tell me they had vehicle trouble and couldn't make it out. They finally showed up on the third appointment. I should have cancelled after they rescheduled the appointment the second time.
Chris cleaned the carpets which I often clean myself with a Hoover "steam cleaner" - a consumer model. I figured I'd pay to have the carpets cleaned professionally this time though thinking it would be better. It was WORSE! Chris used the wand type cleaner and the job he did was a waste of $200. He actually told me that some parts of the carpet still look dirty because it was still wet. No, it looked dirty because it was still dirty. Furthermore, I asked him to vacuum before cleaning and he said it wasn't necessary because the wand has a vacuum on it. Uh yeah, one meant to retreive the water/cleaning solution - not one meant to pick up large debris and loose dirt.
After it dried I went over a couple of the areas that still looked dirty and my consumer carpet cleaner made it much, much cleaner. The water it pulled from the carpet was dark brown proving the job Chris did was horrible. And this was on carpet that had not been walked on since Chris cleaned it! The only part of the job that looked better than before after Chris cleaned was the stairs.
I called Kip to explain the unacceptable job that Chris did and he was unwilling to send someone out again claiming it was too long after the cleaning and that I lived too far away. It was 10 days after the cleaning and if I lived too far away why did he send someone out to my place to begin with??? He didn't offer a refund or partial refund either. It just proves that "Above & Beyond" is in name only.
