I'll get the o-ring lube and specialty tools, and the specific o-rings from the quick connect manufacturer. If I order o-ring kits in metric and sae just to have on hand, would Viton or regular rubber be the way to go?

I honestly can't imagine wanting to mess with QDs that have failed other than replacing them.
Ive never had one leak.

When given a choice i go with viton they are more chemical resistant plus i like saying viton!🤓
