Pump Pressure relief valve spits water

Pump Pressure relief valve spits water at the top. One of them nuisances . Other then replacing it, what can be done to stop the spitting?

For Most bypass regulators you can buy a kit and are rebuildable,but its been my experience it isn't advisable , as parts go they are fairly inexpensive. A great source for replacement is windtrax

What machine are you referring to? And does it have an orifice bypass to help maintain pressure when you're not pulling the trigger?
