The following is somewhat disjointed as it was pulled from a couple different interviews. I pulled out 30 in the last 20 years, maybe. (Semi-retired). Swiss Army knife helps. I still care about the success or our business even though I have taken a back seat as life goes on. They kick the competitions ass though thoroughly that there is nothing I can say. Those Roberts red handled shears are made in Germany of good quality steel. They need to sharpened and adjusted periodically as they tend to get abused.
